There are three main attractions at Celestial Park:

  • Stardust Racers: This dual-launch coaster reaches 62 mph and 133 ft high along 5,000 ft of track. The 2 comets race each other – see if your coaster comes back to the launch station first! It glows at night, and the views are amazing! Fans of the Velocicoaster at Universal, you will also love this ride.
  • Astronomica: A splash pad – “dancing fountains” inspired by celestial navigation and stargazing.
  • Constellation Carousel: A whimsical carousel featuring fantastical, constellation-themed creatures perfect for younger visitors. What makes it special? You can ride lions, peacocks, and dragons. They spin around and on their own axis, and rise up to 6 ft. It also goes forward and backward. Enjoy this ride surrounded by stars, lights, and music.

Is Celestial Park Good for Families?

Yes! This park was designed with families in mind. The land offers plenty to engage kids without overwhelming them. Parents will appreciate the immersive storytelling and slower pace of this area. Here are some things families will appreciate:

  • Gentle rides like the Constellation Carousel
  • Stroller-friendly walkways (bring your own stroller or rent one for $40/day)
  • Splash zones- don’t forget to bring a swimsuit, a towel, sunblock, and a change of clothes
  • Family Center– air conditioned, meds/supplies, nursing areas, tables and chairs (see photos below)
  • Family Restrooms – All park restrooms have diaper-changing stations and some have family restrooms.
  • Child Swap (this applies to all rides at Epic Universe) If your kiddos are too small or don’t want to go on one of the rides, you can use the child swap program. Each ride and attraction has a family room where one member of your party can wait with the kiddos while the rest of your party rides. Then you “swap” – switch places so whoever rode can stay with the kids, and the adult(s) who sat out can enjoy the ride.
