Character Dining – Chip ‘N Dale’s Harvest Feast at Garden Grill

Imagine eating dinner with Mickey, Pluto, and Chip ‘N Dale in a rotating restaurant. That’s what a character meal at Garden Grill is like! Much of the meal is fresh from Chip ‘N Dale’s garden (the greenhouses in Living with the Land). The restaurant sits directly above the Living with the Land attraction. It slowly rotates, giving you views of Living with the Land while you enjoy your meal. It takes about an hour to go all the way around. P.S. You will probably see the house from Living with the Land during your meal.
Things to Know:
- Garden Grill is located inside a park, and each guest in your party will need an Epcot park ticket to eat here.
- The Disney Dining Plan is accepted for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. One table-service credit will be used per guest.
- When you arrive, let your server know if you or anyone in your party has a food allergy, and they will accommodate you.
- How can you tell Chip and Dale apart? Dale has a reddish nose and a gap in his teeth. Chip has a darker nose “like a chocolate chip” and his teeth are closer.
When Can I Make a Reservation?
- Reservation times for breakfast are between 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
- The Reservation times for lunch are between 11:30 a.m. to 3:40 p.m.
- Reservation times for dinner are between 3:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Where is Garden Grill Located?
After you enter Epcot, head toward The Land – this is where Soarin’ and Living with the Land are located.
The inside of The Land looks like this:

The center of The Land is an open area. Sunshine Seasons is on one side and there is plenty of seating in the center. Soarin’ and Living with the Land are on the edges of the open area. Head to the back of The Land. This is where you’ll find Garden Grill.

Gluten-Free Dinner Options

Above: My gluten-free skillet dinner included Rice Pilaf instead of macaroni and cheese.

Above: The salad was naturally gluten-free so the whole table shared the same salad. This was probably my favorite part of the meal. It was so fresh!

Above: Our sweet server brought me some gluten-free sugar cookies!

Above: Seasonal Dessert – Berry Shortcake – Vanilla Pound Cake (mine was gluten-free) with berry compote and whipped cream. It was SO GOOD!
Fun With Mickey, Pluto, Chip, and Dale
The atmosphere here is very relaxed and you have plenty of time with characters. Mickey, Pluto, Chip, and Dale visit every table – all decked out in their favorite farming attire. The characters are very playful – Pluto may even try to nibble your food! You and your family will have plenty of time for talking to the characters, hugs (if you’re huggers), and photos!

Autographed Postcard Souvenir
For a fun souvenir, you’ll get a postcard signed by Mickey, Pluto, Chip, and Dale.

We enjoyed Garden Grill. The food was fresh and there was plenty of it! We had been snacking “Around the World” all day, but we saved some room for this feast. We all loved interacting with Mickey, Pluto, Chip, and Dale. They were a lot of fun! We would definitely eat at Garden Grill again!

Happy to know that gluten-free and vegetarian menus are available. We recently had character dining in HK Disneyland, and it was amazing. We look forward to trying this, too, should we get a chance to visit Epcot.
Exciting! We are heading to Disneyland this summer – so EXCITED!
The food looks so fresh and the character interaction sounds amazing. I will definitely be adding this to our list when we get to visit!
They definitely feed you plenty – and they keep it coming!
I love a good themed restaurant. This sounds like such a cool place to visit with kids, and the food looks delicious.
The kids loved it, especially seeing Chip and Dale (and Mickey and Pluto). It was nice to sit down to a big, hot meal after walking around Epcot all day.
First, I loved reading (and watching) Chip and Dale comics as a little girl!! And this place looks amazing – the ambiance, the many vegetarian options, and those desserts!
Me too! Everyday after school I watched Chip and Dale’s rescue rangers. Pluto and Mickey were a lot of fun too!
This brings back some great memories! We took our oldest to a character breakfast for their 5th birthday (almost 20 years ago). Chip fell off the booth seat trying to sit next to her!
LoL! Poor Chip
This sounds really awesome! And they sure serve delicous food! Kids and adult will surely have such an amazing time for sure
Yes, the food was amazing and there was plenty of it!

I have always wanted to eat here. It sounds fun and always smells good when I pass by.
Right? Walking past it to get to Soarin’ is torture.
