Gluten-free at Hollywood Studios at Disney World
|I honestly dread trying to find good gluten-free dishes while on vacation. But, I have to say that Disney World has accommodating people with allergies down to a science. All of my GF ordering experiences at Hollywood Studios were quick and painless. And, all of the food was delicious!
Find Me Gluten-Free APP
Helpful Tip: You can download the Find Me Gluten-Free APP to plan your trip and/or activate it during your trip to Hollywood Studios. This APP will show you all the updated GF options near you and reviews for each restaurant.
Disclaimer: This information was collected on our trip in February 2019 & November 2019. Disney can change their menu and options at any time. Please ask to speak to a chef/manager/cast member at each restaurant. You can also ask to see a list of ingredients for some snacks and entrees.
Here are some current options for Gluten-Free Snacks and Meals at Hollywood Studios:
Snacks
Disney allows guests to bring outside food and snacks into the park. You just can’t bring in glass containers – the only exception being baby food. If you need or want certain GF snacks for your day at the park, just bring them with you!
I brought in snacks to Hollywood Studios, but I only ate a few almonds. There were so many GF options available, I didn’t need my snacks.
- Popcorn – Popcorn Stands located throughout the park
- Mickey Premium Ice Cream – Ice Cream Carts throughout the park
- Ice Cream – Ask a Cast Member about the Gluten-Free options available. Ice Cream is offered at various carts and ice cream shops throughout the park.
Gluten-Free Entrees
Sometimes, a chef would approach our table or the counter to speak to me about my gluten-free options. Sometimes, the cast member taking our order was able to let me know what allergy-friendly dishes were available at that restaurant.
My gluten-free entree was prepared separately and served on a different, green tray. The gluten-free food was kept completely separate from my kids’ entrees and the other food being prepared in the kitchen. Not only were they concerned with offering GF foods, but they also took every precaution to prevent cross-contamination.
